Posted 4/4/01 ECE annual meeting is set for April 7 in Cambridge East Central Energy will hold its annual business meeting Saturday, April 7 at the Cam-bridge-Isanti High School in Cambridge. The day begins with a pancake breakfast at 8 a.m. and the cooperativeís business meeting starts at 10 in the high school auditorium. The event will also include displays, musical and children's entertainment, prize drawings and handouts. The cooperativeís annual business meeting begins with a presentation by management highlighting the organization's activities in 2000. Results of the board elections and several bylaw ballot amendments will also be announced during the business meeting. Immediately following the business meeting ECE will hold a legislative forum and area legislators are invited to express their views on the issues of energy reliability and electrical industry restructuring. ECE is Minnesotaís third largest consumer-owned electric utility and a Touchstone Energy Cooperative. ©Post Review
