Kid Millionaire for a Day
Eleven-year-old Aaron Jacobson of Isanti, son of Char and Rusty Jacobson, was the lucky winner of MinnCo Credit Unionís Sylvestor the Investor Savors Club ìMillionaire for a Dayî contest.
Children entered to win the contest during the month of March by either opening a Sylvestor the Investor Saverís Club account or by adding to an existing one.
Aaronís prize included a limousine ride for himself and friends from his home in Isanti to Pizza Hut for a party and then home again, stopping by the MinnCo Credit Union office in Isanti midway for some photos.
The red carpet was rolled out as Aaron and friends, Kyle (his brother) Bryant Geis and Tim Daniels entered and exited the limo.
Beside the fancy ride and pizza party, $1 million was put into Aaronís account for one day, Monday, April 2, and he was allowed to keep the interest earned - approximately $95.89
