Posted 3/28/01 NB girlís basketball team says thank you To the editor: On behalf of the North Branch Girlís Basketball team and coaching staff, I would like to thank everyone who made our state tournament experience so special. It was overwhelming to see all the support we received from the school district and community. Our fans were the best and earned us another sportsmanship banner. A special thanks to the pep band, bus drivers, police and fire departments, cheerleaders, boyís basketball team, student council and parents who made us feel so special. Visits to the other schools and the welcome back were just two of the many special moments. Thanks also to Jason and the Post Review for such great coverage.
