Posted 5/16/01 ëThank youí and a challenge To the editor: On behalf of the North Branch Vote Yes committee I would like to thank all of you who voted ìyesî on May 8 for the much needed bond and levy issues in our school district. Our children needed your support. For those of you who voted against these issues and worse yet for those of you who didnít vote at all, it is now time to step up to the plate and start getting involved. The school district will need you more than ever. Donít be complacent about the education of our children. Become involved in the process that will determine the future of the children. The school board, the administrators and the teachers need our support and partnership to make the North Branch schools a quality educational system. Attend the meetings and become part of the process of planning and developing schools that will allow our children to succeed. The whole community needs to give are children all the support we can.
