Sunday Night

This Saturday is the second annual Community Connections Expo and it should be an exciting event. This will be a fantastic time to get to know the North Branch community, whether you are new to the area or not. If you are new, youíre going to be amazed at what this community has to offer. If you have lived here for some time, you might be surprised at all the new additions in services and community opportunities.

Many organizations, businesses, service groups and youth programs will be there highlighting their offerings to the community. Youíll find out what there is for the little ones, the youth, teens, parents, even the older folks. There should be something for every interest, or maybe youíll get interested in something new.

There will be prizes, and thatís fun. There will be food to purchase to stave off hunger. There will be lots of giveaway items, so bring a bag. Get to know your neighbors, too.

A spring fashion show will perk up spirits, especially now that winter has finally arrived. By the way, whose idea was this snow anyway?

This Community Connection Expo could be one great big community party. So come and have fun, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the North Branch High School.

Itís the beginning of many ìexposî coming up around the area, from baby and toddler offerings to gardening extravaganzas.

Itís just an ìexpoî time of year, I guess.
Iíll expect to see you at the ìExpo.î Look for the Post Review booth where weíll have a game to play and door prizes, too.
