Inez A. Miller

Inez A. Miller, age 89 of North Branch, died on June 1, 2002 at the Green Acres Country Care Center.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday June 5, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in North Branch with Rev. Loren Mellum officiating. Interment was in the Chisago Lakes Memorial Park in Chisago City, Minn. Arrangements by Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch.

Inez was born on April 22, 1913 to Albert Sorensen and Hertha (Christiansen) in Farmington Township, in Polk County, Wisc.
She married Einar L. Miller on Sept. 13, 1930.
Inez worked as a phone operator in Chisago City for many years. She also worked as a clerk at the Leader Store in North Branch.

Her main and first job was that of a homemaker. Inez was a member of the Chisago City Garden Club and enjoyed travel, sewing, painting, arts and crafts and reading.

Survived by Son Richard and wife Karyn; daughter Judith Ferguson and husband James; two granddaughters Carrie and Karin; one great-granddaughter Brandi; other relatives and friends. Inez was preceded in death by husband Einar, and son David.
