Many thanked for a nice prom

To the editor:
North Branchís 2002 Prom, held at ìCourtyards of Andoverî was a great success. There are many people to thank for preparing and executing an event with such finesse and elegance.
To begin with, Jr. Class Advisors: Cheryl Becker, Michelle Linnell and Patti Nelson volunteered many hours of their time fundraising, organizing meetings, supervising the Grand March, and countless other details to make the evening run smoothly. These advisors are to be praised.
Also, junior students stepped to the plate and worked very hard to prepare invitations, maps, type Grand March and picture orders, prepare seating charts, collect fees, and balance the books for prom.
There were dedicated students that took on the responsibility and stress of making the dance special:
Jackie Han, Megan Johnson, Jesse Corbett, Jessica Westrum, Heather Peterson, Nikki Scaramell, Brooke Beaver, Ashley Hubbard, Samantha Anderson, Lindsey Larson, Brandon Brabender, Katherine Leehy, Lindsey Studer and Arealle Braun. Thanks!
Cody Anderson, a local businessman, was in charge of the decoration for Grand March.
The students were pleased with his visions and creativity in transforming the gymnasium into such a lovely place to showcase the Prom studentsí attire.
