School board seat opening

The North Branch Area school board will replace outgoing board member Rick Olseen who was elected commissioner for Chisago County last Tuesday.
Olseen begins his duties on the county board in January so he will resign from the school board at the end of December.
The school board will appoint someone to serve the last year of Olseenís term.
Olseenís seat and two other board posts will be up for election in 2003. Deadline for application is Dec. 6.
Interviews should be held soon after the deadline, with an appointment decision being made quickly.
