Beware of soundbites says writer

To the editor:
Itís that time of the year again - campaign season. Rhetoric, soundbites and B.S. are flying thick. If youíre like me, itís hard to sort out who really stands for what anymore. All the candidates start sounding the same.
Well, they arenít all the same. In the state representative race, for me, one person stands out - Pete Nelson. What you see is what you get. Heís a regular working guy who is smart and got common sense. All this might actually be a good thing for St. Paul.
Beware of soundbites and pandering to voters. Vote for someone who will actually be our voice - and be honest about it - Pete Nelson for state representative.
