A word of praise for Blomquist
To the editor:
We have known Kathy Blomquist for 15 years and were pleased to learn that she had filed for a seat on the North Branch City Council.
Kathy is a careful reasoner, meticulous with detail and interested in facts - not opinion or cronyism - when making decisions.
She recently sat on the Comfort Lake/Forest Lake Watershed District Citizenís Review Committee as a representative of Audubon and quickly became competent in the complex issues involved in managing a watershed.
Her business degree from Gustavus gives her the expertise to deal with budgets and growth issues.
You couldnít find a more honest and reliable candidate for public office. Weíd vote for her if we could. Dr. Tom and Sue Leaf
