Chamber block party was enjoyed

To the editor:
On the evening of Thursday, Sept. 26, downtown North Branch was buzzing with people. They were helping to kick off the Fall Harvest Festival with a block party. People went from business to business playing bingo, visiting with the business owners, signing up for door prizes and enjoying a wide variety of foods.
We wish to congratulate the 30+ people who won prizes at participating chamber member businesses. Anna Ward, Karen Mittelstaeddt and Hanna Nordich won the Bingo Game of $100, $50 and $25 in Chamber Dollars respectively.
The chamber would like to thank all the businesses that participated in the event: Jennings, DeWan, Miller & Anderson, Skelton Drug/Skellyís Hallmark, Koepís Village Bakery, Landmark Personnel, Menne Printing & Graphics, Ace Main St. Hardware. North Country Coffee, Curves for Women, Bearly Big Gymnastics, ECM Post Review, Edina Realty, Smith Carpet, Hair Waves, Family Pathways, Workforce Center, Crisis Nursery, Dr. Grotheim DDS. We hope all who attended the Fall Harvest Festival Block Party enjoyed the evening and we are looking forward to next year.
