RC blood donors did it again

To the editor:
Again the loyal donors of the Rush City community came through when a special Type O blood drive was held Thursday, Sept. 26 at St. Johnís Lutheran Church. Our goal had been set for 40 pints and the Red Cross received a total of 53 pints for which they were very thankful.
A big word of appreciation goes to the St. Johnís Lutheran Church, the Eagles Auxiliary and the Lionís Club for their help.
And without the following donors, we would not have reached our goal.
Barb Galvez, Kathy Ortloff, Amy Mell, Mary Heine and David Bartholemuus were all first-time donors in Rush City. Jean Steltz received her seven-gallon pin, Ken Kirchberg received a six-gallon pin. Phyllis Bohaty, Janice Lind, Bonnie Carlson and Marie Noreen all received a two-gallon pin.
Joe Turk Jeff Walen, Darla Welna and Tom Erriech all received a one-gallon pin.
Other faithful donors were: Heidi Johnson, Mel Shoberg, Jack Stetler, Deborah Meissner, Clarice Stream. Clare Lillus, Lyle Steltz, Nancy Ovick, Jeff Mold, Linda Parenteau, Dorothy Carlson, Kathy Lillus, Frank Lind, Frank Winges, Susan Hochstatter, Charlotte Rohlf, Christy Barrett, Sheila Opatz, Mary Ordner, Mary Carlson, Betty Gilbey, Breanda Dahl, Lois Anderson, LaVern D. Anderson, Denise Wolf, Cathy Gruhlke, Erin Bye, Lori Werner, Dean Goebel, Vern Koepp, Andrew Schoeberl, Jason Karlsson, Tracy Blazek, Pat Just, Mike Just, Jerry Schellbach and Kathy McDonald.
The next Red Cross Bloodmobile will be Monday, Jan. 27. We will see you all at that time.
