Roy Alfred Lindstrom

Roy Alfred Lindstrom passed away peacefully on Sept. 24, 2002 at Parmly Nursing Home at the age of 90 years.
Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 27 with internment at Oak Hill Cemetery in North Branch.
Roy was born to Oscar and Jennie Lindstrom July 2, 1912 in Storden, Minn. As a child he moved with his parents to Trocha Alberta Canada, and later to a farm near Currie, Minn. where he spent 30 years farming. In 1946 he moving to Kost, Minn.
In 1977 he moved to North Branch and spent eight years there before coming to Lindstrom in 1985.
Roy was employed in several stores in Lindstrom and St. Croix Falls, Wisc.
Royís favorite pastime was dancing with Hazel.
His parents, one sister and five brothers and his special friend of over 40 years, Hazel Anderson, preceded him in death.
Two nephews, three nieces and Hazel Andersonís children and grandchildren survive him.
