Behavior during board meeting brought embarrassment

We, as a town board, attended a segment of the Chisago County Boardís Wednesday evening, Aug. 6th session.
We were embarrassed to have been there for the following reasons:
1) Everything was in limbo ñ there were no absolutes.
2) The County Attorney was not present for legal opinions.
3) Mark Oberg was allowed to be a direct, disruptive force with slander, camera and his usual true form of offensive behavior.
His leaning on ìFirst Amendment rightsî to speak his mind should not take precedence over moral turpitude or common courtesy.
4) The action of the indecisive chairman, who waffled in every direction, was a sight to behold. Chisago County deserves better.
