Time for a change

Itís back to school for the children of our community. Some will be making their first trip on the bus and facing new and frightening challenges in life as they begin kindergarten.
Others will be more confident as they head back to school, although it may be to a new classroom, a new teacher or even some new surroundings. Never-the-less, the elementary student has been there and done that, so back to school should not be too difficult.
Middle school students will be eager to get back in school, especially to see friends they missed over the summer. There will be a lot of catching up to do as they transition from lazy days at home to the rigor of school work once again.
Teenagers will be more serious as they begin the last four years of their childhood education, and new classes and pressures to look to the future will be added as they return to school.
College students face even more stress - not knowing what is ahead of them, not knowing many of their classmates and being in unfamiliar territory - dorm rooms. Big changes are assured.
As school starts, so does the fall season and many other activities in area churches and community organizations.
Summer is over, time for a change is at hand.
Here at the Post Review we have some changes planned, too.
There will be nothing drastic, but some design changes and reorganization of copy to make our paper more user friendly and look better, too. You will notice the changes next week. We have changed some page heading names and the look of the headings (font) and moved some items to new pages to package the news better for you, our readers. Itís all being done to make your 15-20 minute visit with us each week more interesting and more informational.
As we make these changes, we hope to continue to provide all the information and weekly entertainment you desire, but we are always open to your suggestions and comments, so weíre also including e-mail addresses for us all in our masthead on page 4.
Itís is definitely time for changes - back to school, weather conditions, start-up of clubs and organizations and a fresh, new look to the Post Review. We hope you enjoy our efforts.
There will be one more change in the Post Review office, our summer intern John Behling is going back to school at St. Cloud State University where he will be a junior. We have enjoyed having him with us this summer and we wish him good luck in his college pursuits. Danielle Strenke will be back from her parenting leave and ready to take up where she left off last spring.
Change is sometimes sad, sometimes good, sometimes a bit scary, but always inevitable. Itís time for a change.
