Barry Hesslund

Barry Hesslund, age 61 died January 11, 2003 at Houston, Texas after a short illness complicated by Aortic Stenosis and CHF. He was born on March 31, 1941 to parents Hartwig and Hazel Carlson Hesslund.
Barry is preceded in death by parents Hartwig and Hazel Carlson Hesslund, infant son Tony and brother Robert Hesslund.
He is survived by sons Barry Hesslund, Jr. wife Donna, granddaughter Tiffany, son Donald Hesslund wife Barbara, son Christopher and life-long friend Sandra Zellmer.
Barry built furniture, doll houses, trains, he also did face paintings and painted pictures with oils. He made many friends in Houston and loved to socialize with others. He helped friends and neighbors when they needed assistance with anything.
Barry was confirmed at First Lutheran Church at Harris, Minn.
A private prayer service was held in Houston upon his death.
