John B. Vomela

John B. Vomela, of Rush City, beloved father and grandpa, died on Dec. 30, 2002 at the age of 94 years.
Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, Jan. 4, at St. Josephís Catholic Church in West St. Paul. Interment was at Calvary Cemetery.
John was president of Vomela Specialties, Vomela Properties, Vomela Petroleum and Vomela Wild Rice.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Rose, brothers Tony and Jim, sister Mary and first wife Helen.
John is survived by daughter Rose Marie (George) Shetka, grandchildren George (Cindy) and Debra (Jim Leary), great-grandchildren George, Amanda (Richard) Geoffrey, Sarah, Katherine and Daniel; also many nieces and nephews.
