Anoka-Ramsey Community College rolls out new Web site

Anoka-Ramsey Community College announced a completely revised Web site: www.AnokaRamsey.edu.

The college site redesign features an intuitive navigation and an updated design.

According to Anoka-Ramsey Community College Web Coordinator Judy Gall, the new site is a more effective communication vehicle.

ìOne of our goals was to get students where they needed to be within three clicks,î Gall said.

ìSo far, most of the feedback has been positive with some constructive suggestions that have primarily been implemented.î

Other highlights include:

ïÝNew quick links
ï New alumni and friends page
ï Easy access to online registration, grades, and transcripts
ï New student life and activities, intercollegiate athletics page
ï New online services
ï New online courses and programs
The management, development and completion of this project are examples of the combined strength of the Cambridge and Coon Rapids campuses of Anoka-Ramsey Community College.

Input from students, faculty and staff from both campuses went into the Web site redesign.
The Web site is an on-going process as it must be regularly adjusted to respond to the needs of the college and its students.

Some areas remain under construction while the Web team continues to update them.
