Last chance for discount physicalsMonday, Aug. 4, is the last day for student athletes to take advantage of low-cost sports screening physicals offered by Fairview Lakes Regional Health Care at Fairview Lakes Regional Medical Center, Fairview Lakes North Branch Clinic and Fairview Lakes Lino Lakes Clinic.ÝPreregistration is required. Medical practitioners will provide physical examinations supplemented by musculoskeletal screening by a physical therapist. Participants are advised to wear shorts and a bathing suit top for the screening and should expect the process to take about 30-45 minutes. Cost is $25 paid at the time of the screening. (Forms will be provided for those who wish to file an insurance claim.)ÝÝ junior high, middle school or high school athletes from any area school systems are welcome to take advantage of the program.
