Adeline I. Falk

Adeline I. Falk of North Branch died suddenly Thursday, May 8, at Fairview Lakes Hospital at the age of 90.
Adeline was born Jan. 30, 1913 to William and Ida Mattson at Harris, Minn. She attended District 23 School in Stark, Minn. During the Depression she attended beauty school in California.
In 1935 she married Enoch Widell who died in 1959. In 1963 she married Carl Falk who died in 1985. She worked as a waitress at the Daytonís Restaurant in downtown Minneapolis for several years. The rest of her life she was a home maker. She enjoyed painting, painting plates, loved flowers and gardening.
Adeline was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands and brothers Maurice and Chester Mattson.
She is survived by her brother James Mattson and his wife Ruth of North Branch, sister Margaret Wandrus of Aurora, Minn., nephews, nieces, step-daughters, Adeline Sandquist of Cambridge, Cecelia and her husband Herman Fenner of North Branch Corinne and her husband James Bergstrom of Moundsview, several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday May 12 at the Fish Lake Lutheran Church in Stark. Interment was in the Sunset Memorial Park in St. Anthony.
