New Central Motors has new ownersBy MaryHelen Swanson If people stop by the grand opening at The New Central Motors during November, owners Mark and Shannon Vermillion will welcome you to the showroom. The couple bought the dealership in October and said they are excited to be in the North Branch community. ìWith all that is going on in North Branch, itís exciting to be venturing into a business,î Mark Vermillion said. In the car business for 25 years, Mark Vermillion said he was tired of the city hassle and was looking forward to serving people in this community with more personal attention. The New Central Motors offers Chevrolet, Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep products. The dealership stocks more than 200,000 Chevrolet and Mopar parts and accessories, Mark Vermillion said. Car buying customers should have no problem finding the vehicle that best suits their needs, Vermillion said. The dealership carries a $5 million vehicle inventory. One of the attractive draws for customers to The New Central Motors include the dealerships oil change ñ always $10, the Vermillions said. Thereís no reason why people should feel compelled to drive into the Twin Cities area for good deals, he said. For loyal, regular customers, the Vermillions said they will strive to provide the same or better level of service as those ìcityî dealerships. Mark Vermillion, in an interview Monday, said if anyone has had anything less than a positive experience at the dealership in the past, they are welcome to come back and give the Vermillions a chance to improve their experience. Vermillion said new ownership and new, energetic staff members are reasons to go to the dealership. ìEveryoneís primary focus is to satisfy the customer,î he said. Both Mark and Shannon Vermillion will be in the showroom daily working to ìmake it a real positive, personal experience,î Mark Vermillion said. The Vermillions have planned some expansion and improvements projects and changes to provide more modern, up-to-date service. The service department is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The show floor is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
