Andrew L. GilquistAndrew L. Gilquist, formerly of Rush City, age 91, died Aug. 27, 2003 in Minneapolis. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, Sept 3, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 4th and Field Ave., Rush City, Minn. Visitation was held Sept. 2 from 5:30 - 8 p.m. at Holcomb-Henry-Boom North Chapel, 515 Hwy 96 at Mackubin, Shoreview and at the church on Wednesday beginning at 10 a.m. Interment in Calvary Cemetery in Rush City. He was born Nov. 7, 1911. Andrew was preceded in death by wife of 67 years, Paula Jean; son Andrew Jr.; brothers Paul and Norman; sister Doris Nypower. He is survived by son Mark (partner Neil Anderson); grandchildren Andrew III, Aubrey (Stephanie), Alana (Mark) Pixler, Gregory, Ian and Alexandra; four great-grandchildren; brothers Robert (Clarice), Stanley (Marian) and Donald (Arlene) Gillquist; sister-in-law Mary Boyan. ©ECM Post Review |
