To the editor:
ìConcerts in the Parkî have been held at 7 p.m. in Central Park, North Branch on Thursday evenings throughout the summer.ÝWe would like to thank all our guests and performers who joined us for this weekly event. This series provided a wide variety of entertainment from Country to patriotic, both Christian and Alternative Rock to childrenís music and everything between. Our concerts are a result of the North Branch Area Community Education annual Community Connections: Citizens in Action Forum.ÝThe eveningís entertainment was held courtesy of these sponsors: NorthStar Access, Fernwood Developers, North Branch Water & Light, Abundant Life Church and North Branch Area Early Childhood.ÝThis is event was endorsed by the city of North Branch and supported by the North Branch Area Chamber of Commerce. Concessions were served by the North Branch Lionesses.ÝThank you to everyone who helped make this a success.
