Chisago County Investigator Doug Henning reported last week that the investigation into the arson and hate-crime in Rush City continues.
An attempt to burn a home on Fairfield Ave. was made Nov. 9 and racial slurs were spray-painted on the house. On Nov. 12, someone returned to ěfinish the jobî according to Rush City Fire Chief Bob Carlson.
The home, which was being rented, is a total loss.
