To the editor:
Having just moved here fromİthe larger cities, such as California, and most recently fromİSt. Paul, I am very much impressed with the many childrenís after school programsİNorth Branch has to offer. One such program, is Community Partnership with Youth and Families, and the Childrenís FIRST Club coordinated by Leah Moen, a VISTA program assistant. Her outstanding devotion and diligent work toward the stimulatingİgrowthİof children, by providing activities centered around volunteers who share their skillsİand hobbies in a nurturing ways to children after school. North Branchís community of volunteers should be applauded for their genuine concern about the children of this wonderful community!
