The East Central Regional Development Commission is seeking two individuals to represent Chisago County on the East Central Arts Council (ECAC) Advisory Committee. Primary functions of the ECAC Board members include advocating for the arts, providing direction for ECAC programming, making decisions about grant funding for local art projects and artists, and planning for the arts needs within the Region.
