Mina H. Gaard

Mina H. Gaard, age 99 of North Branch, died on Feb. 3, 2004, at the Apple Valley Health Care.

Mina was born on May 3, 1904 in Appleton to Helge and Julia (Wingness) Hendrickson. She was married to Irving Gaard. Irving and Mina farmed near North Branch and raised chickens. Mina loved to dance and enjoyed being in the outdoors.

Mina is survived by niece Marilyn Cherry and other relatives and friends.

Rev. Tim Bjorge officiated at funeral services on Saturday, Feb. 7, at Spring Lake Lutheran Church east of North Branch, Minn. Interment was in the church cemetery.
