Thanks for help with Spelling Bee
To the editor:
A special thanks to the people who helped made the Rush City Spelling Bee happen: pronouncer Kris Althoff, dictionary judge Laura Thorson and rounds judge Shari Erdman. Also thank you to Anthony Turner for doing a wonderful job singing the National Anthem and to First State Bank of Rush City for donating a savings bond for the winner. And of course, thanks to our participants who all did a wonderful job. Congratulations to 7th-grader Alison Toering. She will go on to represent our school at the Regional Spelling Bee in St. Cloud on Feb. 24. Good luck Alison. Mr. Erdman
