Bread class was worth taking

To the editor:

The North Branch Library was a busy place on Saturday morning when Friends of the Library hosted a bread making class by expert bread maker Daryl Johnson from Lindstrom.
He told us many hints for better bread making and that we could make a loaf of bread from scratch for 35 cents. Now thatís a bargain and you also get the aroma of bread baking as well.
Daryl discussed different flours and the addition of numerous fruits, nuts and other ingredients to make a family favorite. Thank you Daryl for a job well done. It was a class worth taking.
