New Pathways appreciates support

To the editor:
First, we want to thank the community of Cambridge and the surrounding communities for providing such generous support to the New Pathwaysí Food Pantry and the Isanti Interfaith Hospitality Network (IIHN), which provides emergency lodging and support services to local homeless families. We could not provide the services we offer without the support of hundreds of amazing volunteers at the local churches, at the New Pathways Day Center in Cambridge, along with monetary and in-kind donations from the community. Thank you.
Secondly, weíd like to let the community members know that we are accepting car donations which weíll give to family members in the New Pathways IIHN program who are in need of transportation.
The cars need to be in good working order because families in the program do not have the funds to pay for initial repairs.
Also, weíd be happy to accept childrenís car seats and personal care items such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and deodorant.
