OpinionA thank you to the commissionersTo the editor: I want to say thank you to the Chisago County Board of Commissioners for their decision to place a moratorium on subdivision of land within one-half mile of the Sunrise River. This little river is a jewel of beauty, a gem of peace, an oasis for wildlife of all kinds and must be preserved. I hope the restriction will be extended when the yearís moratorium is up.
