The 2004 annual Midsummer golf tournament was hosted by the North Branch public golf course on June 18.
A total of 25 teams participated in the day of fun competition.
The golf course paid out three places in the championship flight and five places in the first flight.
Winners in the championship flight were John McKusick, Alicia Voight and Kevin Manthis.
The winners in the first flight were Greg Barsness, Randy Fisk and Al Scherer.
Second place in the championship flight was the team of Three Lelands, comprised of Greg, Tom and Tyler Leland.
Third place in the championship flight was the team of Darrin May, Sean Kleppe and Adam Olson.
In the first flight, second place went to the team of Mike Halls, Mike Zentner and Tim Whipps.
Third Place in first flight was awarded to the team of Three Schmidts, including members Ed, Roger, and Andrew Schmidts.
Dan Webster, Jason Landberg and Derrick McCoy secured fourth place in the first flight.
The team of Three Fairbankses, Tim, Troy and Todd Fairbanks, brought home fifth place in the first flight.
Cost to enter was $135 per team. The tournament has been held for multiple years.
Competition in the 18-hole tournament began with the first tea at 8 a.m. The last team came in around 2 p.m.
