There are 2,090 hours in the summer. The American Red Cross is asking for one hour of your time to donate blood at the upcoming blood drive Tuesday, July 13, at the Rush City High School from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. ÝWhole blood must be used within 42 days and that is why it is so important to continue to replenish the blood supply.
Each unit of blood can save up to three peopleís lives. Only 5 percent of the eligible donors give blood.
The bloodmobile visit is hosted by the Fairview Lakes Regional Auxiliary.
