A total of $7,445 in prize money will be awarded to winners in the 32nd Annual Minnesota State Fair Amateur Talent Contest. Entries are now being accepted, deadline is July 14. Entry fee is $15.

Categories include Open Division for any age, Teen Division ages 13-18 and Preteen Division, 12 and under.

Auditions run Monday, July 19 through Thursday, July 22 and Monday, July 26 through Sunday, Aug. 1 at the Bandshell on the fairgrounds.

The 2004 State Fair is Aug. 26 through Labor Day, Sept. 6.
