Mildred ìMaeî Cassidy of North Branch. formerly of Roseville, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2004, at Birchwood Health Care in Forest Lake.
Funeral services were held on Monday, March 22, at the Spring Lake Lutheran Church in North Branch.
Mae was born on Aug. 28, 1925 to Benjamin and Alma (Quist) Anderson in St. Paul. She was baptized on Oct. 17, 1925 and confirmed in 1939 at the Zion Lutheran Church in St. Paul. She graduated from Wilson High School in 1943.
On Dec. 20, 1944 she married Charles ìBobî Cassidy. Bob preceded her in death.
Mae is survived by her son Howard and wife Colleen of Forest Lake, two grandchildren: Benjamin and Anna of Forest Lake, sister Hazel Johnson of McKeesport, Penn., two cousins Carlyn Wicklund of Mora and Richard (Gretchen) Hanson of Moundsview, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mildred was a member of the Eastern Star in St. Paul.
A private family interment was held at Roselawn Cemetery in Roseville. Arrangements by Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch.
