The Green Acres Country Care Center annual Countryfest went off without a hitch Saturday. The weather cooperated better than ever and many residents, their families and visitors were able to spend hours outside enjoying the activities
Local 4-Hers brought a number of animals for petting and 4-H clowns provided daylong fun. On the hay wagon, several groups offered lots of old-time music and lively dancing and homemade pies topped it all off for a successful springtime event.
