Construction is nearing completion on the new office building near the 6000 block of Main Street, next door to the building that where Sun Dental and RE/MAX are located.

The new building will be home to Northstar Access, Nancy Nails and a combined office for NGK Properties and Milcon Construction, said Jack Kopp of NGK Properties.

Maureen OíNeil, a customer service manager for Northstar Access, said that the company will move their North Branch office from 6382 Main St. to the new location on Dec. 1 because of two things: visibility and more space.

ìWe just donít have enough space where we are at now,î she said. The building will be completed shortly before the first tenants move in, Kopp said.
