Rick Smisson was elected mayor of Harris, soundly trouncing his opponents.
In addition, Doug Chaffee and V. Wayne Buisman were elected to the Harris City Council.
The Sunday liquor question ended up in the affirmative with 324 voting "yes" to Sunday liquor sales and 316 voting "no."
