Join Wild River Audubon for a last paddle down the St. Croix before the snow falls. Meet at the Sunrise River Landing of Wild River State Park, north of the town of Sunrise at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 9.
Theyíll paddle to the boat landing at the park. Itís a two hour, easy trip with plenty of water and no rapids. Bring your own canoe and donít forget life jackets.
Once at the park, theyíll head to the Visitor Center for a potluck supper at 5 p.m. Bring a dish to share. Theyíll provide the chili.
