To the editor:
In answer to Al Fanum in the Post Review 9-1-04, he didnít take his math far enough when he figured library costs.Ý
Yes, $147.72 would be right if there was one payment.ÝBut the the bond is spread out for 20 years making the $10-$14 figure per resident per year the correct figure.Ý
Also the arrival of new residents to the county will share in paying the bond, and will reduce the amount even further.
