The Rush City American Legion will furnish a Blue Star Service Banner to anyone who has a Rush City mailing address and who has a family member on active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States.

The Blue Star Service Banner has been offered in past wars and is hung in the window of the familyís home to let others know they have a family member on active duty.
