Stacie Mix was one of the service providers at the health and wellness expo last Wednesday at the Chisago County Senior Center. She offered a sample of massage that she does in her business in North Branch. The recipient of this soothing back rub happened to be her 95-year-old grandmother, Ruth Behrendt. Those attending the expo were able to learn about health and assistance programs and other resources available in the area. Food, fellowship and hourly door prizes were nice extras to the afternoon of information.
