The students of Forest Lake Elementary and Montessori school collected items for Operation Military Pride III, a project of Project Hope North, Inc. The supplies, requested by troops overseas, were boxed and sent to soldiers, many local, in Afghanistan and Iraq. Folks in the North Branch area responded by donating funds to help cover shipping costs and the Girl Scouts donated cookies. The project concluded April 4.
