The East Central Senior Resource Center, based in Mora, publishes and distributes a resource guide each year, full of valuable information about services available to older adults in the five-county region.
This year the East Central Senior Resource Center would like to add artwork from a local artist to the cover of the resource guide.
The artwork must come from a living artist over the age of 50 from within the five-county region of Chisago, Isanti, Pine, Kanabec and Mille Lacs counties.
New, never published work, suitable for black and white reproduction is being sought.
Deadline for entries is May 5 at 4:30 p.m. The winning entry will receive a $300 award, along with recognition on the cover of the resource guide and accompanying article within the guide.
The runner-up will receive $50.
