Phyllis J. Kolbe, age 76, formerlyİof Crosby, and formerly of Harris, passed away Saturday, Aug. 6, 2005, at Woodland Good SamaritanİCenter in Brainerd, Minn.
She was born March 13, 1929 in Rochester to Otto and Mary Keckhafer. She is survived by her husband, Max,İof Brainerd; and children:İİRachel Kolbe of Colorado Springs, Colo.,İSusanne Mendoza of Visalia, Calif.,İBarbara Kolbe of Colorado Springs,İKaren Becker of Vancouver, Wash.,İWilliam Kolbe of Brooklyn Center, Minn.,İMax A. Kolbe of Aitkin, Minn.,İCatherine Thorson of Rockford, Minn.; sisters: Melba Hameister of Rochester, Minn., Alice Keckhafer of Minneapolis;İ11 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Phyllis was preceded in death byİher son, Darrel; her parents; four brothers; three sisters;İand granddaughter, Kamini.
