Sarah Kirstie Lint, our ìPrincess Anointed,î 31, of North Branch, died November 29, 2005 after a brave battle against breast cancer.
Sarah was born July 6, 1974 in Mound, Minn. She lived with her family in several towns before settling into North Branch in 1986.
Sarah was a good student, homeschooled, active in 4-H, church and with her pets. She went to Cambridge Community College where she received her AAS degree.
Sarah continued her education in medicine and other trainings, honing her skills to do what she loved ñ helping people. She also traveled to many states doing her other love ñ learning. During her travels she picked up many craft ideas.
Sarah kept her work in the people-helping areas ñ nanny, home aide, service assisting people in lifeís many challenges.
Sarah had begun a craft business with a focus to help cancer patients when cancer sidelined her. After a valiant 5-month fight, cancer took her life.
She is survived by her family: Gail Lint of North Branch; brothers Gary and Michelle, Jonathon, David and Rebecca, Robert and Nathaniel; sister Kaarina; grandfather Walfred Koskinen of Circle Pines; great uncles and aunts Glen and Janet Koskinen of North Branch; Lawrence and Kathryn Stonelake of Plymouth, Minn; uncles and aunts Wally and Helga Koskinen, Roger and Carol Koskinen, Calvin Koskinen, Lillian and Abbas Faridi, Cynthia and Don Aldrich; nephews James, Troy and Kertis; niece KayleeAnn; many cousins and many friends; all of whom will greatly miss her.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 26, at Galille Baptist Church, 0 North Road, Circle Pines, Minn. with her uncle Rev. Roger Koskinen officiating.
A private internment will be held. The family requests no flowers. Please send memorials to: Midwest Challenge, Minneapolis, Minn.
