Rush City graduate Janae (Opatz) Bower, an award-winning childrenís author, will be at the Rush City Library Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m.
Bower will talk about how she created her book ìThe Little Girl Who Found Itî and her experiences in getting it published.
You can also listen to the bookís companion musical CD, play with the matching keepsake doll, try on a one-of-a-kind, hand-beaded pin or get some unique gifts for the special people in your lives.
Bowerís book will be for sale, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Rush City chapter of the P.E.O. Sisterhood. P.E.O. is devoted to supporting charitable projects and the promotion of educational opportunities for women.
Refreshment will be served.
