No, the Post Review did not get the wrong picture out of the file.These boys were enjoying the NB Winter Fest by playing basketball in Central Park in summer attire Saturday. Other children were on the swings and toddlers splashed in puddles of melted snow. But it was a Winter Fest, so many winter activities went on as planned, while a few had to be canceled. See pages 12 and 13 for photos of the festivalís events.
