TO THE EDITOR:
The North Branch Area Chamber of Commerce members wish to congratulate this yearís Chamber Scholarship recipients, Kevin Ryan and Anthony Watters.

Kevin will be going to Anoka-Ramsey Cambridge Campus in the fall. He has a strong interest in film production. Kevin has been involved in Concert Choir and Knowledge Bowl among other program during his high school career. He is the son of Michael and Joanna Ryan.

Anthony will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Stout and working toward a businesses degree. Anthony has been activity in football and hockey, as well as other school and community functions. Tony is the son of Pam and Tim Watters.
The North Branch High School scholarship committee chose the recipients based on criteria the chamber set. This is the sixth year the chamber has awarded scholarships.

I want to thank each of the Chamber members who contributed to this yearís scholarship. Without their continued support our scholarship would not be possible: Aquila, North Branch Dairy Queen, Dr. Steven Clawson DDS, Nu Tech Engraving, Jeanne Walz and Lowell and Kathy Lindo. The Chamber of Commerce awards these scholarships each year because of the value we place on our youth and education.

Congratulations to our 2005 scholarship recipients.
