Dedication of the Chisago County All Veteransí Memorial, located in Lindstrom, will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 11. Veterans and the public are invited to this dedication ceremony Veterans, Veteransí Organizations, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts from throughout Chisago County will take part in the dedication ceremony and will assemble at 1 p.m. on Bronson Street near the Dinner Bell Restaurant. At 1:30 p.m. the procession will march to the Veteransí Memorial located on the corner of Hwy. 8 and Linden Street for the dedication ceremony.

Among those taking part in the dedication will be Roger Lindgren, Mayor of Lindstrom, Minnesota Rep. Peter Nelson, and newly appointed Commissioner of Veteransí Affairs, combat-wounded veteran Clark Dyrud. James Halstrom, Chisago County Veterans Service Office will be the master of ceremony. The Memorial Choir representing choirs from churches within the Chisago Lakes Area will provide several patriotic selections during the ceremony.
